COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, that for the correction of inadvertent
error and to effectuate the true intent of this council it
is necessary so to do, and hereby the prior resolution of
this council, C. F. Wo. 180921, approved January 2, 1957,
is amended, effective as of its date, so that the award
of danacjos therein listed in the sum of $6,000.00 for the
taking and condemnation by the City of Saint Paul of the
real estate therein described as "all of Lots 6, 7 and 8,
Block 3, Midway Hei.']Ihts Addition, be increased so Lhat the
