RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation
of the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings to lease the
privileges of a pony ring concession at the Como Park picnic grounds area, to
Mrs. Grace Tagg, for the park season of 1957, the said Mrs. Grace Tagg to
pay for the privilege the sum a $650. 00, payable $200. 00 on May 1, 1957,
$225. 00 on July 1, 1957 and $225. 00 on August 1, 1957, and to provide a public
liability and property damage policy which shall be approved by the Corporation
Counsel and deposited with the City Comptroller, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized
and directed to draw proper lease therefor, and when drawn, the proper City
officers are authorized to d t same, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
