RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of
the Commissioner of Parks, Playground* and Public Buildings to lease the
privilege of a candy floss concession at Como Park to Mrs. C. A. Fewer,
738 Como Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the park season of 1957, the said
Mrs. C. A. Fewer to pay for the privilege the sum of $300.00, payable $ 150. 00
on May 15, 1957, and $150. 00 on June 15, 1957, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized
and directed to draw proper lease therefor, and when drawn, the proper City
officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
