Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-359 was awarded to the Cyclone
Fence Company for the Installation of Backstops at Several
Playground Locations in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
This contract is now substantially completed and had
a completion date of January 17, 1957; however there are
three backstops which cannot be erected at this time due to
the sites not being ready. The contractor has therefore re-
quested an extension of six months for completion of this
contract.
It is recommended that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extension as requested to July
17, 1957, for completion of Contract Number G-359.
Very l yours,
,1i
