RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby authorized,
with the consent of the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to
ST. PAUL CORRUGATING COMPANY for 18 Sections of 18" Corrugated Metal
Culvert Pipe 10 feet long and 2 Connecting Bands with bolts, at a cost
of $485.94, without advertisement or competitive bids as this is the
only source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
