WHEREAS, Allina Health System has offered a donation of �500.00 to the Saint Paul Fire Departrnent m support of the Saint
Paul EMS Academy, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Fiie Department would like to accept this donarion from the Allina Health System, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of the Saint Paul EMS Academy is to give 40 participants that hve in Ramsey Counry the
opportumty to prepare for careers in fire and/or EMS service, and
NOW THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Gty Counc�l, on behalf of the citizens of Saint Paul, accept th�s
donation of $500.00 from Allina Health System and extend thea smcere appreciation to ttus organization.

Ailina Health System has awarded a$500.00 donation to the Saint Paul Fire Deparhnent in support of the Saint Paul EMS Academy.
This program is available to youth who reside in Ramsey County and will prepare them for careers in fire and/or EMS service.
Advantages If Approved:
The Saint Paul Fire Department will be able to accept the donarion for the Saint Paul EMS Academy.
Disadvantages If Approved:
None.
