L FORM T* $° ``*Y"quest— PRESENTED BY ! the imps A ee COMMISSIONED ��-� <, DATF E� �1 tk= ANEW E �'kart been WHEREAS, ADDITIONS AND DEDUCTIONS which might prove to be necessary in the improvement described as the Repaving of Fifth St. from Jackson to Broadway, Comptroller's Contract L-5778, Okes Co. contractors, have been provided for in the specifications at unit prices stipulated herein, and WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following ADDITIONS AND DEDUCTIONS as per attached statement : WHEREAS, The total net Addition is $1,879.53, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the specifications in the sum of $1,879.53, said sum to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5778, for the making of the above improvement.
