Approach to the proposed New Fort Snelling Bridge, by condemning and taking the
following described parcel of lend: subject to an easement granted to the Northern
States Power Company and described in Document No. 1363506, recorded in Book 7.480
of Deeds, page 75 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County;
• the west 100 feet of Lot 31, Franklin Steelets Subdivision of Lot 2, Section 21,
Township 28 North, Range 23 West,
under Preliminary Order 179687 , approved September 19, 1956

Final Order 180418 , approved ovember 20, 1956, and amended
by Council File No. 181013 , approved January 9, 1957•N
A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein,
for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits
therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, t
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation. I

River Boulevard Approach to the pro-
posed New Fort Snelling Bridge, by
condemning and taking the following
described parcel of land: The West
100 ft. of Lot 31, Franklin Steele 's
Subdivision of Lot 2, Section 21,
Township 28 North, Range 23 West.
This Company has been advised that the resolution \_
to be adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Paul
with reference to the above matter is to be revised so that
the taking in the above proceeding will be made expressly i,
subject to that certain grant of easement dated February
26, 1955, from Louise L. Glunz, Fred F. Glunz, and others,
to Northern States Power Company, which said grant of ease- t
ment was filed for record in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, on April 19, 1
1955, and recorded in Book 1 .80 of Deeds at page 75, as
Document No. 1363506.
With this understanding, Northern States Power
Company hereby withdraws the objections included in that
certain instrument entitled "Objections of Northern States r`
Power Company, a Corporation, to the Proposed Taking and
to the Award of Damages" filed with the City Clerk of the
City of St. Paul on January 2, 1957.
