In the matter of condeaning and taking for a future fire station by the Department of
Public Safety the following described lots: Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 2, Barney,
Norton and Kingsley's First Addition to St. Paul,
t under Preliminary Order 1 80L23 , approved October 23, 1956
Intermediary Order__ 157 , approved__ November 20, 1956
Final Order. 180763 , approved December 18, 1956
The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the and or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made byIthe Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 6th day
of Februsxy , 19.._ x.., at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
