Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: Under date of December 17, 1956, a printed copy of Coun- cil File No. 180694, adopted by the Council December 11, 1956 and approved by the Mayor on- the same date, was mail- ed .to Edward Tilleman at 1012 Aurora Avenue and in care of 302 S. Exchange Street, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one and one half story frame dwelling on Lot 12, Cox's First Addition to St. Paul also known as 682 West Water Street. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon and do anyand all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
