WHEREAS, Angelo Maurizio, an employe of the Department
of Public Works, was injured on August 26, 1954, while in the
course of his employment, in a third party accident, and
WHEREAS, said employe, through his attorneys, Robins,
Davis & Lyons, has negotiated a settlement of his claim for
injuries sustained by reason of said accident, said settlement
being in the total sum of $2775.00, and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has expended the sum of
$79.00 as medical expense on behalf of said employe, for which
the City will be reimbursed less 25 per cent attorney's fees
THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby author-
ized to accept said settlement of $59.25 in full settlement of
the City's payment of medical expense on behalf of said employe.
