WHEREAS, Addit .ns and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the improvement described as the Grading and Paving
of the Alley in Block 1, Elfelt,Bernheimer & Arnold's Addition,
Comptroller's Contract L-5725, Lieberg-Peterson Construction Co.
contractors, have been provided for in the specifications at unit
prices stipulated herein, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Additions :

Using high early strength concrete in paving
from Sta. 0+00 to 2+05
27 Cu.Yds H.E. Concrete • 3.00 $81.00
WHEREAS, the Total net Addition is $81.00,now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordtlion with the spec-
ifications in the t spxsnmxsam*Zdmratimnx sum of $81.00, said sum
to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptteller's Contract L-5725, for the making of the
; above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $81.00 is the correct amount to
be added to the above contract.
