An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7039, approved January 16, 1929, entitled: "An administrative ordinance fixing the salary of the Commissioner of Registration of the City of Saint Paul," as amended. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. WE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7039, approved January 16, 1929, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out where it appears in Section 1 thereof the rate of $3000.00 and substituting in lieu thereof the rate of $3600.00. Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
