WHEREAS, Minneapolis Equipment Company, a Minnesota
corporation, was the lox successful bidder on formal bid
No. 6108, and
WHEREAS, at the urgent request of the Saint Paul Water
Department, said Minneapolis Equipment Company has already
delivered all of the materials under the contract, and
WHEREAS, the contract is in the amount of 1569.00 and
it would be a hardship on the Minneapolis Equipment Company
to be compelled to furnish a performance bond, now, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that the requirement that the contractor provide
a performance bond for this contract, is hereby waived.
