PAUL Resolution Ratifying Assessment In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for installing new ornamental lights on Fourth Street from Sibley Street to Broadway, the lights to be mounted on standards; also installing new cables, conduits, pull boxes and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete lighting installation, including the removal of the existing light standards and foundations, being part of odes Preliminary Order 17 33k, Intermediary Order a.72Q3 , Final Order 172358 approved March 22 19 55 A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
