ves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer in Basement
Tract "B" Registered Land Survey No. 91 from Pederson St. to 453' W of East City
Limits, to PETER LAMETTI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with Ci plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6360 of said Peter
Lametti Construction Company for the contract price of $18,881.34 ( lus Engineering
$1,511.00 and plus Inspection $378.00 by City Forces) such bid bein the lowest
and said Peter Lametti Construction Company being the lowest reasonable and
reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
