WHEREAS, It is essential to the traffic needs of the County f
Ramsey and the.City of Saint Paul that Larpenteur Avenue be furth4r
improved between Hairline Avenue and Arcade Street; and
WHEREAS, The County of Ramsey is desirous of having Larpent
Avenue from Haali.ze Avenue to Arcade Street designated as a State Aid
Road and has passed a resolution requesting the Commissioner of
to make such designation; and
WHEREAS, Such action by the County of Ramsey is desirable fr n the
standpoint of the City of Saint Paul; therefore be it
R113OLTED, That the Coaaissioser of Highways be and he is herein
requested to designate as a State Aid Road, Larpenteur Avenue, beginning
at Hairline Avenue (situated at the South 1/4 corner of Section 15''
Township 29 North, Range 23 West) and terainating at Trunk Highwa No. 61
(Arcade Street - at the Southeast corner of Section 17, Township North,
Range .22 West), that portion of Larpenteur Avenue between Payne A enue
and Greenbrier Street to be located as close as possible to the th line
of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 22 West; and be it
NETHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Board
of County Commissioners of Ramsey County and two copies to the Ceamissioner
of Highways of the State of Minnesota for his consideration and approval.
