constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the NB. of the RWi. of
the SWk of Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, the center line of said easement
being parallel to and 300 feet south of the south property line of Aril. :.ton Avenue and
said easement extending from De Soto Street to Arkwright Street.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement 20 feet in width fo construction
purposes on the NEi of the NW . of the SWW of the aforesaid Section 20, = id temporary
easement being north of and adjacent to the permanent easement and exte..; ng from
De Soto Street to Arkwright Street.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement 20 feet in width f. construction

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to t i e amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above .a provement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property fro•• the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
• Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and f r a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said essment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the th day
of June , 19___5Z., at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
