1 WHEREAS, on October 7, 2009, the City Council adopted C.F. #09-1083, said Resolution being the
2 approval of the decision oF the Legislative Hearing Officer to an appeal for a Certificate of Occupancy
3 Deficiency List for property at 1530-1532 Ivy Avenue East; and
4
5 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended denying the appeal and granting an eatension
6 for 90 days to bring the egress bedroom windows into compliance; and
7
$ WHEREAS, on January 26, 2010, the appellant contacted the Legislative Hearing Officer requesting an
9 additional extension of time to bring the egress windows into compliance; and
10
11 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officex is recommending granting an extension to Mazch 1, 2010 to
12 bring the windows into compliance.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that C.F. #09-1083 is amended to reflect an additional grant of
15 time to March 1, 2010 to bring the egress bedroom windows into compliance for property at 1530-1532
16 Ivy Avenue East.
