RESOLVED, that a proper petition for the vacation of
Woodbury Street from Curtice Street to Belvidere Street be
drawn by the Corporation Counsel for signature, verification,
and filing in behalf of City of Saint Paul, Petitioner, by the
Board of Education and its Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and
Public Buildings, the City being the owner of all real estate along
the line of said section of public street, that along one side
thereof being devoted to public school purposes and that along the
other side thereof being devoted to public playgrounds purposes and
it appearing that such section of street is unnecessary for public
street purposes and represents an undue hazard to minors who properly
