RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint 'aul,
that the proposed Agreement, dated the 9th day of May 1957, by
and between the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of th City
of Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul, among other thi gs,
providing for the demising and leasing by said Authority o said
City of a portion of the area of said Authority's Mt. Air Homes
Project Minn. 1-3, together with a Community Building to e
constructed thereon by said Authority at an estimated cost of
$153,000, subject to reimbursement to said Authority by skid City
on account of such estimated cost, in the amount of $85,0 0,
approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel, be and sa'd
Agreement hereby is approved and authorized, and the prope City
officers hereby are authorized and directed to execute an deliver
the same in behalf of said City.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the aforesaid reimburs ent in
the sum of $85,000.00, provided to be made by the City to the
Authority on account of said Authority's cost of the construction
of said Community Building, shall be paid from City Bond 'und
No. 500 P-L10. 1957

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint, Paul,
that the proposed Agreement, dated the 9th day of May 1917, by
