RESOLVED, pursuant-to the recommendation of the Valuation Engineer
and the Corporation Counsel, in compromise and settlement of all controversies
represented by the Appeal of Samuel D. Drucker and Anna G. Drucker from the
subject condemnation and the award of damages as confirmed and ratified by
this Council by its Resolution C. F. No. 1£31785, in respect of the taking and
condemnation by City of Saint Paul, together with other parcels of real estate,
Lot 10, Block 6, Granport Addition, that said award of damages hereby is
increased from the sum of 500.00 to the sum of $750.00, and the Corporation
Counsel is authorized to stipulate upon said Appeal in behalf of said City
for the Order of the District Court increasing said award accordingly and
for the dismissal of said Appeal with prejudice, such condemnation having
been made for the enlargement and extension of the Public Safety Department
Headquarters Grounds.
