Resolution of" Council Approving Assessm • nt
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sanitary sewer in Duluth Street from 20 feet south of south line
of "Overbrook" to 160 feet south of the south line of "Overbrook". Ala. constructing
a storm water sewer in Duluth Street from 12 feet south of the south li e of "Overbrook"
to 172 feet south of the south line of "Overbrook",
under Preliminary Order 178031 , approved Ma 2 1. 6
Intermediary Order 178531 , approved June 26, 1956
Final Order 178887 , approves J 24 1* 6 ,
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in co nection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having co sidered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on th th
day of June , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Counc. Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commission r of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
