In the Matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the hey n Lots 109
to 131, Union Park and Hinkel's 3rd Amendment to Union Park. Also co.structing a
storm sewer in an easement to be obtained on a 4 ft. easement, the center line of
which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northwest line of Lynnhurst
Ave. 21+.1 ft. northeast of the southwest corner of Lot 111+, Union Par , to a point
7.28 ft. east of the northwest corner of Lot 114, Union Park,
under Preliminary Order 182062 approve. March 26 1957
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissio er of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the sai, improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is and surface
with bituminous material the alley in Lots 109 to 131, Union Park and : nkel's 3rd
Amendment to Union Park. Also construct a storm sewer in an easement to be obtained
on a 4 ft. easement, the center line of which is described as follows:, Beginning at
a point on the northwest line of Lynnhurst Ave. 24.1 ft. northeast of he southwest
corner of Lot 114, Union Park, to a point 7.28 ft. east of the northwest corner of
Lot 111+, Union Park,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4,988.85
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4t1 day of
June , 19. 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
