The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is grade d surface
with bituminous material the North-and-South alley in Block 23, Frankson s Como Park
Addition, from Fair Place to the East-and-West alley, and the East-and-West alley from
Asbury St. to the North-ant-South alley. Also construct a sewer in an easement to be
obtained on the notherly 2 ft. of Lot 5, and the southerly 2 ft. of Loth 6, Block 23,
Frankson's Como Park Addition, from Asbury St. to the alley in the rear lof said lots,

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4,019.42 I

Resolved Further, That a P ublic hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th ; day of
June , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chambei of the Court
House and City Hall Buildit ,jan the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons aid in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the tim6 and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. il
