Installation of Concrete Sidewalk, Curb and Sand Box with
Sculpture for a Playground Area located at Oxford and Rondo,
St. Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover the raising of
a catch basin concrete slab and bricking up underneath for
proper grade, this work having been requested by the Commissioner
of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings, and agreement made
with the Contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement
having been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-663 for the Installation of Concre e
Sidewalk, Curb and Sand Box with Sculpture for a Playgroun.
Area located at Oxford and Rondo, St. Paul, Minnesota, was
awarded to the Schloegl Construction Company.
During the course of the work under the contract, it has
been found necessary to raise a catch basin concrete slab and
brick up underneath it for proper grade, and negotiations have
been conducted with the Contractor who agrees to take care of
this for the sum of $66.00 which is a reasonable amount for the
labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submi ted
to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $66.0'
to the Schloegl Construction Company under contract number G-663
to cover the above described extra work.
