RESOLVED, That the Council here, =proves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the Construction of Water Main Extension
from Childs Road to Pigs Eye Road, to LNETTI & SONS, INC. in accordance with City
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ,#6336 of
said Lametti & Sons, Inc. for the contract price of $14,857.90 (plus Engineering
$1188.63 and plus Inspection $297.16, by City Forces), such bid being the only bid
and said Lametti & Sons, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
.f Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper,form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St. Paul. (This Water Main required to be laid in; advance of
pavement surfacing as per Preliminary Order C.F. 182490 approved Apri] 25, 1957.)
