Resolution Ratifying Assessment
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
curbing Ivy Avenue from White Bear Avenue to Curve Street on the north side and to
the easterly line of Lot 2, Block 2, Hazel Park Division No. 6 on the south side,
under Preliminary Order 166562 , Intermediary Order 166.797 , Final Order 167117

A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment .
having been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same
is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmat_on.
BE IT FUReT)LER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable
in J equal installments.

In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
curbing Ivy Avenue from White Bear Avenue to Curve Street on the north si•e and to

under Preliminary Order 166562 , approved December 18, 1953'
Intermediary Order 166797 , approved J uary 12, 951 —
Final Order 167117 , approved February 23, 19511.
To the Council of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statem•nt of the ex-
penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improve ent, viz:
Cost of construction. $ 8,322.87
Engineering $ 1+68.62
Inspection fees $ 11+0.52
Postal cards. $ 4.44
Publications $ 33.30
Court costs for confirmation $ 11.10
Total expenditures $ 8,9 80.85
Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer-
tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 8,980.85 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in ac ordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that he eto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said :ssessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
