20 ft. in width for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
a public sewer on, under and across Park Street(vacated) from
lfontananAve. to the south line of Nebraska Avenue(vacated), the
center line of said easement being the center line of Park
Street(vacated), etc. etc. under Preliminary Order 182198
approved April 25th, 1957.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be
and the same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and
all preceedings in such matter discontinued.
