B, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, and Museums
has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter,
the existence of an emergency during the period from April 16
to April 30, 1957, zdzich rendered necessary the employment of
certain employees of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium,
and Museums for more than eight hours per day or forty hours
per week in doing the following work:
Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking
at Municipal Stadium.
And, liffMNAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following facts
and circumstances:
Could not be handled by untrained personnel.
