RESOLVED, That the Council hey approves the award o�MC�e 'MontraCt
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the Construction of the Phalan Branch
of the Belt Line Sewer - Contract "B", to FRANK SERRATORE in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#6317 of said Frank Serratore for the contract price of $2,727.27, (plus $218.00
Engineering and plus $55.00 Inspection by City Forces), such bid being the lowest
and said Frank Serratore being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City os St. Paul.
