consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to
CHASE BRASS & COPPER COMPANY for 200 Linear Feet Soft Copper (1449#) in
two rolls 1/16" thick x 24" wide x 100 ft. long, at a cost of $930.69, without
advertisement, as per Informal Bid #4055, as an emergency existed where failure
to act promptly would work hardship to the best interests of the City.
