An ordinance granting permission to Gust Sarrack
to connect his property at the southeast corner
of Case and McKnight Road, being the west 106.13
feet of the north 320 feet of the Northwest
Quarter (NW) of the Southwest Quarter (SW)
of Section 25, Township 29, Range 22, according
to the plat thereof filed of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Ramsey County, Minnesota, to the sewer system of
the City of Saint Paul for the disposal of sani-
tary sewage, and regulating the conditions thereof.
This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That permission is hereby given to Gust
Sarrack to connect his property at the southeast corner of
Case and McKnight Road, being the west 106.13 fat of the
north 320 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW) of Section 25, Township 29, Range 22, according
to the plat thereof filed of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey Cunty, Minnesota, with the
existing sewer of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following
conditions:
1. Said permittee or his successor in interest
in respect of said real estate shall pay to the City
of Saint Paul the sum of $5.00 per front foot of said
real estate, said sum being in lieu of special assess-
ments and taxes on account of the sewer service, and
upon payment of said sum said permittee or his
successor in interest in respect of said real estate
shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain and
,- operate a sewer connection connecting said premises
with the public sewer, representing an extension of
\L the public sewer system of the City of Saint Paul
in Stillwater Avenue along the line of the same, for
the drainage of sanitary sewage from said premises
and the disposition of same through the public sewer system
of said City of Saint Paul.
N �i 2. Permittee or his successor shall, within
90 days from the passage of this ordinance, file
if a written acceptance thereof, specifically agreeing
to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein,
and upon compliance therewith the Commissioner of
Public Works is hereby authorized to issue a per it
for said sewer extension, subject expressly to t e
provisions of this ordinance and Ordinance No. 8 31

The request of Mr. Gust Sarrack for permission
to connect to the city sewers has been investigated
by the Sewer Department and approved. The description
of Mr, Sarrack's property is as follows:
Subject to McKnight Roafl,the west 106.13 ft.
of the North 320 ft. of the NW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of Sec.25, T29,R22(SE corner of
Case and McKnight Rood).
This matter is being referred to the City Council
with the request that they concur and refer this matter
to the Corporation Counsel's Office to bring in an appropriate
ordinance coverigg the requirements for property outside of
the city to be connected with the city sewers.
