has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter,
the existence of an emergency during the period from A•ri1 16
to April 30, 1957, which rendered necessary the emplo ent of
certain employees of the Department of Libraries, Aud i' orium,
and Museums for more than eight hours per day or forty hours
per week in doing the following work:
Necessary to operate parking at Municipal Stadium.
And SAS, This emergency arose by reason of the followi g facts
and circumstances:
Could not be handled by untrained personnel.
