Clapp and Adelaide H. Subject to Right of Way Agreement to Great Lakes Pipe Line Company dated Mir 8, 1937, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota, recorded in Book 988 of Deeds, Page 590." WHEREAS, the abstract for the above described property has been fully cleared and brought up to date and examined by the law firm of Young and McClure, the opinions with reference thereto being dated April 22 and 24, 1957, and are on file in the office of the Executive Secretary of the Detention and Workhouse Facility Commission, this opinion being further exam ine d by the City Corporation Counsel's Office and met with their satisfaction. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the purchase of the above described property since previous approval has been given by the-County Board of Commissioners, and that the purchase price of $81,000.00 payable to William D. Clapp aid Adelaide H.
