Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-633 was awarded to the Karl Dedolph
Construction Company for the remodeling of office located
on the Ninth Floor of the City Hall and Court House, St.
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
has been found necessary to install an acoustical ceiling in
the office, this not having been included in the original'
specifications, and at the request of Commissioner Mortin on,
negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who grees
to make this installation for the sum of $136.00 which is a
reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested .that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $136,00
to contract number G-633 to cover the above listed work.
Very truly yours yam_
