RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $256.00 be allowed
under Contract Number G-631 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Tab Construction Company, said contract for Altera-
tions in the Como Park Boiler Room and said extra to cover
the installation of two additional sash, this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public
Buildings, and agreement made with the Contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-631 was awarded to the Tab Const uc-
tion Company for the Installation of Suspended Ceiling, he
Installation of Steel Windows and Louvers, and the Cleaning
and Painting of the Boiler Room in Como Park, St. Paul, Minn.
During the course of the work under the contract, it
has been found necessary to install two additional sash which
were not called for in the original specifications. Negotia-
tions have been conducted with the Contractor who agrees to
install 2 steel sash, frames, glazing, painting, patching of
stucco, and other work incidental to the installation of these
sash, for the sum of $256.00, which is a reasonable amou t for
the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be sub itted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $+56.00
to contract number G-631 for the above described work.
