up trucks from the manufacturer at Chicago, Illinois, mounting the bodies and
delivery to City of St.Paul), such bid being the lowest and said Borcher -Ingersoll,
Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be, and
hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on belaalf of
