RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the 'Purchasin,E
Committee in awarding contract for Rebinding of Library Books and Peril dicals for the

Bureau of Libraries for period of one year from date of countersignature of contract to
WEISE WINCKLER BINDERY, INC. in accordance with "Minimum Specification for Class "A't
Library Binding", and the Formal Bid #6241 of said Weise-Winckler Bind7ry, Inc. for the
contract price of approximately $5,000.00, such bid being the lowest and said Weise-
Winckler Bindery, Inc. being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the
City of St. Paul.
