That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to Section 68, thereof, the followings "No vehicle shall be left standing at any time on either side of the alley bounded by Doswell Avenue, Raymond Avenue, Buford Avenue and Cleveland Avenue".
