The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearing. The property owners were notified and did not appear:
Appeal of Patrick Hoy, Window World, to the denial of a building permit to replace egress
windows for property at 1629 Montana Avenue East.
Grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress replacement bedroom windows.
Appeal of Louie Teppen, Bates Ave Pariners, to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List
for property at 712 Third Street East, #B 1.
Grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom window.
Appeal of Richard Dana, Jet Construction & Remodeling, to the denial of a building permit
