PRELIMINARY ORDER.
Theundersignedhereby proposesthemakingof thefollowing public improvement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.:
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills
in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the North and South alley in Block 6,
Tilsents Essex Park Plat 2 and Lot "G" Beaver Lake Heights, from Bush Ave. to the
East and West alley; and the East and West alley from the North and South alley to the alley
in Tilsents Essex Park Plat 1 and Lot "G" Beaver fake Nights.

WHEREAS,-.A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered and directe.:
1. To investigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of said improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total ,ost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement. •
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more o ners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoilifivitrg tfy�p,t 7 Commissioner of Finance.
