WHEREAS , it was resolved by the Council of the
City of Saint Paul , under Council File No. 181469, that
Henry Lynch he paid the sum of $1 , 950, at four-week
intervals , out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account
of the General Fund to compensate him for 25 per cent
permanent partial disability to his leg, resulting from
his injury of March 19, 1956, while in the employ of
the Department of Public Works , and
WHEREAS , the figure of $1, 950 was based on a,
schedule of 255 of 195 weeks , or 48.75 weeks at $40.00
per week rather than the correct schedule of 255` of
220 weeks , or 55 weeks , which would amount to a total
of $2, 200, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that an additional amount of $250
be paid Henry Lynch to correct this discrepancy, said
amount to be paid at the same four week intervals at
the rate of $40.00 per week.
