therefor, and hereby awards c' act for the Surfacing of DeCourc* Drive from
Lexington Parkway to Rosen Roa. to E. J. PENNIG COMPANY in accord nce with City
III plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal id #6255 of
said E. J. Pennig Company for the contract price of $41,856.95, a d unit prices
bid (plus Engineering $2,511.00 & plus Inspection $837.00 by City 'Forces), (City
reserves right to increase or decrease estimated quantities .by as much as 15% if
ordered by the Engineer) such bid being the lowest and said E. J. Pennig Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counse be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and he proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behal of the City of
St. Paul.
