CONCRETE PRODUCTS COMPANY 80 Lin, ft., more or less, 18", 72 Lin. ft., more or
less, 27", 4 Lin. ft. 33" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, at a cost of approximately
$639.04, without advertisement, as per Informal Bid #4056, as an emergency
exist where failure to act promptly would work hardship to the best interests
of the City.
