RESOLVED: That the following licenses, Restaurant, On and Off Sale Malt Beverage and
Cigarette No. 8270, all expiring August 13, 1957, issued to Tyko and Linnea
Sjoberg at 470 South Cleveland Avenue be and the same are hereby revoked
upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of the arrest of
Tyko Sjoberg, co-licensee on the charge of sale of 3.2 beer to minors,
being sent to court thereon, pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to
$100.-- fine or 10 days, paying said fine.
