Paul Johnson and Tillie Johnson as prior owners of the same, until September 30, 19S7, without charge, which proposed stipulation shall also be signed in the name and behalf of State of Minnesota by its Attorney General and Secretary of Veterans Service Building Commission, and by Messrs. Stacker and Stacker as attorneys for said appellants.
