and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, skill and facilities
necessary for the fabrication in shop and field and erection on the site, ceaplete for

such bid being the lowest and said Chicago Bridge & Iron Compazgr being the lowest
reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
