In the matter of opening, widening and extending Etna Street to a width of 60 ft.
from Ivy Avenue to the- scrag lins of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section-22, Township 29, Range 22, and to a varied width
from the south line of the Northeast 1/4 of the SW 4 of the SW 4 of Sec. 22, Town-
ship 29, Range 22, to the north line of Wood's Addition produced easterly, and to
a width of 50 ft. from the north line of Wood's Addition to the north line of Mary-
land Avenue, by taking and condemning the following described land: The west 60 ft.
of the east 360.6 ft. excepting Ivy Avenue, of the North of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, and the
east 60 ft. of the west 363 ft. of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the South-
west 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22. The east 30
ft. of the west 333 ft. of the North 1/5 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, and the land lying be-
tween the west line of the East 1 2 of the. North 1/5 of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1 4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, and a line
beginning at a point on the north line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
the Southwest 1 4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 22, 363 ft. east of the west
line of said 1 4-1/4-1/4 section line; thence to a point on the south line of the
North 1/5 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 Section 22,
Township 29, Range 22, 20 ft. east of the west line of the East 102 of the aforesaid
1/4-1/4-1/4 section. Also the west 20 ft. of the East 1/2 of the South 4/5 of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29,
Range 22.
Also condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and
fills for the grading of Etna Street on that part of the south 4/5 of the east
1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1 of Section 22,
Township 29, Range 22 adjacent to Etna Street,
