Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: There is a small four room dwelling at 937 Hazelwood Avenue , located on the South one half of Lots 23 and 24, Block 1, Brokmeier's Sub of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1 , Cruickshank' s Garden Lots , City of St. Paul, Minnesota . Siding has been knocked off , doors and windows are broken, and the building has become a moral hazard in the community. It should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Maggi Jeski, 471 Broad- way, Apartment 15, St. Paul 1 (now deceased) . Danger Notices have been posted and we are asking your coopera- tion in setting a hearing date in accordance with Sec- tion 107.2 of the building code outline condemnation procedure.
