Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock A. M. on
April 16, 1957, upon the advisability and necessity of the ,sepair,
replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the four room
dwelling on the south one-half of Lots 23 and 24, Block 1,
Brokmeier's Subdivision of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, Cruickshank's
Garden Lots, City of St. Paul, Minnesota, adcording to the recorded
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 937
Hazelwood Avenue, because said structure is reported to be dangerous
and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
There is a small four room dwelling at 937 Hazelwood
Avenue , located on the South one half of Lots 23 and
24, Block 1, Brokmeier's Sub of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1 ,
Cruickshank' s Garden Lots , City of St. Paul, Minnesota .
Siding has been knocked off , doors and windows are
broken, and the building has become a moral hazard
in the community. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Maggi Jeski, 471 Broad-
way, Apartment 15, St. Paul 1 (now deceased) . Danger
Notices have been posted and we are asking your coopera-
tion in setting a hearing date in accordance with Sec-
tion 107.2 of the building code outline condemnation
procedure.
